Join our dynamic team at Reflux UK as a Sales Patient Coordinator and play an instrumental role in guiding patients through their journey from the first enquiry to treatment for reflux-related conditions. We are seeking a proactive and compassionate individual with excellent communication skills to manage patient inquiries, educate patients about reflux treatments, coordinate appointments, nurture patient relationships, and ensure exceptional patient care throughout the sales process.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Patient Inquiries Management: Respond promptly and courteously to patient enquiries via phone and email, offering accurate information about reflux treatments and procedures.
  • Educating Patients: Clearly explain reflux-related conditions, treatment options, and procedures to patients, ensuring they are well-informed to make healthcare decisions.
  • Appointment Coordination: Efficiently schedule appointments for patients to consult with reflux specialists and ensure timely follow-up.
