Reflo (WWW.REFLO.COM) have burst onto the apparel scene to bridge the gap between sustainable clothing and high-performance premium sportswear. Our goals are monumental and go beyond selling a lot of gear - we aim to plant 1 million trees and recycle over 5 million plastic bottles in our first 5 years. We are a start-up that has achieved great things in a very short existence; including signing multi-year international collaborations and bringing onboard Harry Kane as our first global ambassador and investor. We celebrate our vibrant work culture and boast that our external partners are treated well, therefore our internal environment should echo that. We have created awesome initiatives to ensure our team loves working here, including birthday leave and gym memberships.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Sales Operations Executive, you'll be a key part of our commercial team, supporting the smooth running of our sales processes from order management through to customer delivery. Working closely with our sales, product, and marketing teams, you'll help coordinate product launches, support white label sourcing through Supply Labs, and keep the data and reporting that underpins our growth accurate and up to date.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the end-to-end sales order process, ensuring accuracy, timely entry, and continuous improvement of order management workflows.
- Support the sourcing and procurement of white label products in support of Supply Labs, managing supplier relationships, overseeing sampling processes, and coordinating product development timelines.
- Own order tracking and logistics coordination, proactively resolving delivery issues and ensuring on-time fulfilment to customers.
- Produce and analyse sales reports, translating data into actionable insights on performance, order fulfilment, and inventory levels.
- Support the coordination between sales, marketing, and product teams to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Own and maintain the integrity of customer records in the CRM, identifying gaps and driving improvements to data quality.
- Oversee sales administration processes, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Develop and maintain sales materials, presentations, and resources that support the team's client-facing activities.
- Plan and manage sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities from brief through to execution.
ABOUT YOU
You're someone who gets things done without being asked twice. You're comfortable juggling a busy workload, you care about the details, and you know how to work with suppliers as well as you do with internal teams. Most importantly, you're ambitious — this is a role you'll grow into as much as grow from.
ESSENTIALS
- 1–2 years of experience in sales operations, commercial coordination, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrable experience in white label or product sourcing is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present clear, actionable recommendations.
