ABOUT THE ROLE

The Junior Merchandising Manager – Partnerships is accountable for overseeing the end‑to‑end merchandising operations within Reflo’s Partnerships division, including collaborations with professional sports teams, brand co‑creations, and custom product development. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role leads cross‑functional coordination with Sales, Product, Logistics, and Operations to drive strategic range planning, uphold product data integrity, and ensure efficient purchase order workflows. While core responsibilities focus on partnership merchandising, the position also provides leadership and support across broader merchandising functions as needed, offering visibility and influence across multiple commercial categories.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead collaboration with Commercial and Product teams to build and maintain partnership range plans, ensuring all key styles are captured and tracked seasonally.
  • Oversee and approve product attributes, seasonal data, and pricing in internal systems (Apparel Magic and Shopify).
  • Manage accurate SKU creation, variant data, and lifecycle management in Apparel Magic (ERP) for all partnership products.
  • Creation and maintenance of range plans and prepare materials for seasonal reviews and internal walkthroughs.
  • Consolidate product briefs, partner requirements, MOQs and embellishment requests to support seasonal production planning.
  • Drive the creation of partnership-specific line sheets, pricing files, and product catalogs for sell-in and internal review.
  • Own purchase order workflows in Apparel Magic with cost, delivery information, and partner-specific requirements.
  • Liaise with the Operations team to support vendor communications regarding PO status updates, shipment ETAs, and inbound documentation.
  • Manage postproduction embellishment workflows, consolidating requests and ensuring timelines are met across internal teams.
  • Monitor stock availability across key categories and collaborate with internal teams to support replenishment and buy planning.
  • Generate regular reports on stock levels, product performance, and sales to support seasonal planning decisions.
  • Partner with marketing, e-commerce, and operations to support product launches and promotions.
  • Lead seasonal performance analysis, including reviewing sales trends, stock availability, and partner orderbooks.
  • Oversee and resolve administrative issues to ensure operational continuity.
  • Identify and lead improvements to product and order workflows.
  • Champion data hygiene across ERP, PLM, and eCommerce systems, flag inconsistencies or gaps, maintain product and order data accuracy.

ABOUT YOU

ESSENTIALS

  • 6+ years of experience in merchandising or demand planning in apparel or sportswear, with proven exposure to partnerships merchandising.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and has used merchandising systems (e.g., Apparel Magic, Oracle, or similar).
  • Analytical mindset with a commercial eye and focus.
  • Solution-oriented with the ability to think laterally and adapt to dynamic situations.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
