ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Creative Manager to lead the execution of Reflo’s creative output — turning campaign concepts into bold, effective design work across brand, product, digital, and retail. This is a hands‑on role for a multidisciplinary creative with excellent graphic design skills, a sharp eye for brand, and the ability to lead a small but growing creative function. AI creativity will be at the heart of this role. You’ll be expected to actively use and champion AI tools from image generation to video and design automation to scale Reflo’s creative production, increase efficiency, and explore new creative possibilities. You’ll manage design workflows, support and direct junior creatives and freelancers, and collaborate across departments to deliver world‑class visuals that tell powerful product and brand stories.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver and oversee creative execution across campaigns, eCommerce, digital, social, retail, partnerships, and events
  • Own graphic design output - from brand campaigns and paid ads to lookbooks, decks, emails, packaging, and store visuals
  • Translate seasonal brand and product direction into sharp, cohesive, elevated creative
  • Champion the use of AI tools in design workflows - including image generation, layout automation, AI‑enhanced video, and concept visualisation
  • Lead creative ideation alongside brand and campaign teams, contributing conceptually as well as visually
  • Manage and guide junior creatives, freelance designers, and video editors
  • Use project tools like Monday.com to manage timelines and workflow as well as ownership, approvals and tracking of project status
  • Ensure consistency in brand identity across all creative outputs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, social, product, eCom, partnerships, and PR
  • Continuously research trends in creative technology, AI, sport, and fashion to keep Reflo at the cutting edge

ABOUT YOU

ESSENTIALS

  • 5+ years in design or creative roles, ideally in sport, fashion, or performancewear
  • Strong hands‑on design skills - highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite & Express, Capcut and Figma
  • Proven experience managing creatives and/or freelancers
  • Deep understanding of AI creative tools is essential - you actively use them and know how to deploy them to improve speed, quality, and scale
  • Node based and production workflow experience in AI tools are a significant bonus
  • Comfortable generating visuals using AI platforms and exploring new technologies for creative advantage
  • Highly organised, deadline‑driven, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
  • Passionate about visual storytelling, especially in the context of sport, performance, and innovation
  • Attention to detail with a creative instinct for pushing boundaries while staying brand‑aligned
  • Excited by the energy of a fast‑paced startup and motivated to build something exceptional
