The company has an opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative for Reflex Packaging Solutions Ltd. (part of Reflex Group) which will be based at Market Harborough.
Description: As a Warehouse Operative, you would handle the goods and products in the warehouse. It would be your job to keep them safe and make sure they are delivered to customers on time. Picking and packing products as well as working as part of a team to hit timed deadlines. This role can be physically demanding.
Duties:
- Receiving, unloading, and sorting incoming deliveries.
- Checking received goods against purchase orders and ensuring accuracy.
- Storing goods in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Picking, packing orders and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing orders for dispatch, including labelling and palletizing.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as motorized pallet stacker and manual pallet truck safely and efficiently (Training will be provided).
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
- Assisting with inventory counts and stocktaking as required.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- A driver’s license is necessary due to having to do some local deliveries.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is a must.
- Ability to lift moderate-weight objects.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a small team or individually.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
- Good standard of computer literacy using email and warehouse system (Training will be provided).
