You will lead QA across multiple squads building AI-driven investment products. This role exists to ensure speed does not compromise trust. You will define how quality works at Reflexivity.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Build and lead QA strategy across backend and AI systems
- Define automated testing standards and tooling
- Work closely with engineers to prevent regressions early
- Own release confidence and quality metrics
- Mentor QA engineers and raise standards
What “Good” Looks Like:
- 3 months: Clear QA ownership and improved test coverage.
- 6 months: Fewer production issues and faster releases.
- 12 months: QA is a force multiplier, not a bottleneck.
Who You Are:
- 5 plus years QA experience with leadership responsibility
- Startup experience on core products
- Strong understanding of backend systems
- Comfortable working with engineers daily
- Fintech or data-heavy product exposure
Nice-to-Haves:

- Golang or Python familiarity
