After 12 successful years serving our community, Reflexion Waterfront Cafe is ready for its next chapter — and we’re looking for the right chef to lead it. We want to introduce an exciting, fresh brunch concept that reflects the energy of the market and fully embraces our incredible waterfront location.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a passionate, driven chef who can take a kitchen by the scruff of its neck and turn it into something special. Someone who:

  • Thrives on building and developing a concept from the ground up
  • Loves brunch culture and understands what makes it commercially successful
  • Can curate menus that balance creativity with strong margins
  • Is hands-on, organised, and ready to lead by example

The Opportunity

This is a startup-style opportunity within an established, 12-year-old waterfront venue. We can’t offer huge corporate wages at the start of this project — but what we can offer is:

  • Full creative input and menu ownership
  • The freedom to design and build your own brunch identity
  • The chance to shape the kitchen culture and standards
  • A loyal, established customer base ready for something new
  • Performance-based rewards and bonuses as the project grows
  • Long-term loyalty and growth potential

This is your kitchen. Your project. Your name on it.

The Big Question

You’re standing in an amazing waterfront location with a loyal following and a blank brunch menu in front of you… What will you do with it? If you’re excited by the challenge of building something meaningful — not just clocking in and out — we’d love to hear from you. Send us your CV and, more importantly, tell us your vision.

Pay: £14.50-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Benefits: Employee discount, Flexitime

Work Location: In person
