New Reflexions Care Group seeks a proactive Teaching Assistant to support individual students at our Midlands-based Independent School. The post involves day-to-day classroom support, occasional outdoor education days, and school trips, within a warm, therapeutic environment.
Hours are 37.5 per week across 5 days, Term Time (39 weeks) with five PD days. You will join a small team trained in Reflective Therapeutic Intervention, contributing to holistic student development and safeguarding.
