Are you based in Yorkshire or the North-West and ready to shape the future of building technology? Become the face of Reflex Winkelmann (Reflex Technologies UK & Ireland) and, where needed, represent the entire Winkelmann Group of Companies across North & Central England & North Wales!
Your Mission: You will drive the Reflex brand into the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, building lasting relationships with our customers. You’ll identify new business opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and ensure a strong pipeline of projects, while also managing and nurturing existing accounts as a trusted partner.
Your Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the UK Country Manager and play a key role in our dedicated team.
- Use your entrepreneurial spirit and our motto “Thinking Solutions” to spot and seize opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong network of key stakeholders within the M&E industry.
- Grow sales and contribute to sustainable business development.
- Manage and develop our key accounts.
- Provide technical support to customers for their projects.
- Attend site and customer visits – staying close to the market is important to you.
Your Profile:
- Solid technical understanding of M&E/plant room systems, ideally from the design stage.
- An existing network of contacts among M&E consultants and main contractors is a plus.
- Experience with pumping systems and pressurisation/degassing is highly desirable, but knowledge of renewable technologies and heat networks is also welcome.
- IT literate, ideally with experience using SAP-based CRM systems.
- Full UK driving licence and based from your home office in England.
- Full UK passport and willing to travel overseas when required.
