Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Working closely with our senior engineers and reporting directly to the Service Manager, the role will mainly involve day to day service calls, supporting our engineers based in the North West.

Role Responsibilities

  • Service & Commissioning: Assist senior engineers with security systems.
  • Service Calls: Handle reactive and scheduled service fault calls.
  • Support: Aid in small works and installations.

Technical Skills: Must be proficient in IP and IT, with preferred experience in IP networks, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: Public space CCTV experience is a plus.
  • Licenses: CSCS, ECS, and IPAF licenses are preferred.

Working Hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week, with flexibility required.

Company Van: Provided for business and private use.

Equipment: Laptop, mobile phone, and specialist equipment supplied.

Remote Work: site or office visits as needed.

General Requirements

  • Driving License: Full clean driving license required.
  • Security Screening: Full security screening for the successful candidate.
