To provide exceptional customer service and sales support by managing customer enquiries, processing orders, preparing quotations, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to ensuring customer requirements are met accurately and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requirements and deadlines are met.
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Create accurate customer quotations in line with company pricing and service requirements.
  • Proactively follow up quotations to maximise conversion opportunities and generate sales.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience through professional and responsive communication.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal departments.
  • Act as an escalation point for customer queries, concerns, and service issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Liaise effectively with production, operations, and other internal teams to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within company systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Support the wider sales and customer service team with administrative and commercial activities as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and quality standards.
    Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, internal sales, or account management role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong telephone manner and confidence in speaking with customers.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to handle customer issues professionally.
  • Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
