Reflex Systems (part of the Reflex Group) offers an opportunity for an internal technically/commercially aware sales manager who is interested in understanding and solving customer queries and questions on our range of products, label printers, label software, label machinery, and warehouse management products. The role suits someone with an enquiring mind who enjoys interacting with customers and suppliers to help our customers solve their problems, arrange quotations, and manage the supply and installation of new equipment. This is an internal position based at our offices in Swineshead, Lincolnshire.
Description
Following training you will be one of the main points of customer contact for both internal and external customers providing technical support and advice, pricing and creating technical and sales proposals for our customers.
Duties
- Understand the range of products, working on the technical and commercial side to identify, advise & support customers with any questions that arise.
- Identify/source solutions and create sales opportunities for the promotion of our products.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements for hardware/software projects valued between £1,000 - £100,000.
- Manage projects both technically and commercially to completion.
- Ensure timely sign off and invoicing.
- Maintain a range of operator’s product manuals for our entire range of products.
- Work with suppliers both UK and overseas to ensure projects are managed to customer satisfaction.
