Looking to start your career in hairdressing in Bristol or Taunton? The FREE* Level 2 Hairdressing Apprenticeship at Reflections Academies might be the course for you! This 18-22 month course gives you the opportunity to progress to a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship and permanent employment. You will be working full-time in a salon (which we can assist you in finding) with a day off in the week and on the weekend.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet clients in a professional manner.
- Shampoo and condition hair at the basin.
- Provide refreshments to clients.
- Assist with salon hygiene and appearance.
- Support and assist Stylists.
We will support you in learning all aspects of hairdressing, practical and theory. This will include cutting, colour theory, a selection of textured hair, hair-up styles and further workshops. Your training will be once a fortnight at Reflections Training Academy in Bristol City Centre for the delivery of your apprenticeship standard Level 2 and Functional skills. This will be a combination of theory and practical sessions and you will also receive additional weekly training in the salon.
