Reflections Nursery and Forest School are looking for Qualified Early Years Educators and Nursery Practitioners to join our team. Salary band £26,936 - £29,598.40 p/a (pro rata for part time).
Reflections Nursery and Forest School is set in two buildings – a lovely Regency building and a gothic Tudor-style building, both on three floors with loads of space, lots of light and huge gardens. Our vision is to create a place that values caring, respectful relationships and lets the voice of the child be heard.
Qualifications
- Minimum Level 2 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Duties
- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Observe and assess children's development, identifying any areas of concern
- Collaborate with parents and other staff members to support children's individual needs
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
- Ensure the nursery is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children
