Reflections Nursery and Forest School are looking for Qualified Early Years Educators and Nursery Practitioners to join our team (pro rata for part time). Reflections Nursery and Forest School is set in two buildings – a lovely Regency building and a gothic Tudor-style building, both on three floors with loads of space, lots of light and huge gardens. Our vision is to create a place that values caring, respectful relationships and makes the voice of the child heard.
Qualifications
- Minimum Level 2 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Duties
- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5

- Observe and assess children's development, identifying any areas of concern

- Ensure the nursery is clean, organised, and well-maintained at all times
