Reflections Nursery and Forest School is looking for Qualified Early Years Educators and Nursery Practitioners to join our team (pro rata for part time). The school is set in two buildings – a lovely Regency building and a gothic Tudor‑style building, both on three floors with plenty of space, light and huge gardens. Our vision is to create a place that values caring, respectful relationships and makes the voice of the child heard.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Level 2 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)

Duties

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0‑5
