Reflection is seeking a Subject Matter Expert, Child Safety to lead enforcement for CSAM/CSEM across open models and products.

You will define safety standards, scale review workflows, and partner with Safety, Alignment, Policy, and Legal teams to close gaps as the threat landscape evolves.

You will work with internal reviewers, supervise automated evaluations, and liaise with external bodies to ensure compliance and responsible AI deployment.
