Reflect Recruitment Group are recruiting for a brand new Warehouse Manager role for a well established specialist company based in Newark.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 (dependent on experience)

You would be looking after the day to day operations of the warehouse and within this role you would be managing a small team, ensuring that stock is efficiently managed and the logistic needs are managed effectively whilst maintaining high operational standards.

If you have worked in a previous SME role with a few years experience managing a warehouse, this would be an excellent role for you.

Due to the size of the business, this would be a hands on role combining your leaderships skills with practical involvement in the day to day operations.

As warehouse manager, you would be responsible for

  • Managing stock control.
  • Warehouse staff management including appraisals and training experience.
  • Overseeing the goods in/goods out process.
  • Managing compliance checks.
  • Maintaining accurate stock location within the warehouse through a barcode scanning system.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure customer expectations were met.
  • Reporting directly to the operations manager.

Requirements for the role

  • Previous experience in a Warehouse Management role.
  • Good organisational and planning skills.
  • Counterbalance FLT Licence.
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
  • Experience in leading a team.
  • Responsible for manual handling and health & safety within the warehouse.

Desirable qualities

  • Own transport is advisable.
  • Knowledge of barcode scanning systems in an operational warehouse.
  • Experience coordinating equipment servicing, warranties and repairs.
