Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across a range of cloud‑based products
- Support customers remotely and assist with hardware installations on‑site
- Troubleshoot issues across desktops, laptops, servers, and mobile devices
- Escalate complex issues to 3rd line support teams and developers
- Assist with testing, documentation, and system improvements
- Provide internal IT support to colleagues
- Support and manage internal and external IT projects
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
