  • Ideally have experience or knowledge of setting up desktops and laptops
  • Ideally have experience or knowledge of troubleshooting and resolving IT issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across a range of cloud‑based products
  • Support customers remotely and assist with hardware installations on‑site
  • Troubleshoot issues across desktops, laptops, servers, and mobile devices
  • Escalate complex issues to 3rd line support teams and developers
  • Assist with testing, documentation, and system improvements
  • Provide internal IT support to colleagues
  • Support and manage internal and external IT projects
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships

We are a Lincoln‑based organisation operating within an exciting and high‑growth market. This is a newly created permanent role within our growing and forward‑thinking technology business, offering an excellent opportunity to build a long‑term career within a successful and employee‑owned organisation. The role is based in Lincoln with hybrid working available, a salary of £26,650 per annum, and working hours of Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
