We are seeking to recruit a full time (1 year minimum PQE) Solicitor/Legal Executive in the Commercial Property department in Spalding with immediate effect. Part time would be considered for the ideal candidate.

The role will involve managing your own case load and pay will be dependent on experience. The role may include:

  • Drafting any required constitutional documentation, to the buying and selling of a business.
  • Drafting or reviewing terms and conditions or other commercial contracts, including employment contracts.
  • Work on behalf of some of the area’s leading property developers, including complex acquisitions.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience in a similar role.
  • Be confident in handling all aspects of transactions.
  • Also have excellent attention to detail.
  • Have the ability to work to tight time scales and under pressure.
  • Be able to deliver the highest standard of client care.
