The Role

You will combine strategic leadership with hands‑on coaching, implementing scalable sales processes, improving conversion rates, analysing performance, and driving continuous improvement across the business.
- Leading, motivating and developing a high‑performing team of Finance Brokers.
- Creating a culture built on accountability, ambition, professionalism and success.
- Coaching through regular one‑to‑ones, pipeline reviews, call coaching and performance management.
- Driving revenue growth through effective sales strategy and performance analysis.
- Monitoring KPIs, forecasting and conversion rates to maximise productivity and profitability.
- Recruiting, onboarding and developing top sales talent.
- Building strong relationships with lenders, introducers and key stakeholders.
- Working closely with the Director to shape and deliver the company’s long‑term growth strategy.
- The Ideal Candidate
You will be an inspirational leader with the commercial mindset and experience to take an already successful business to the next level.
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Sales Director, Head of Sales, Commercial Director or similar senior sales leadership role.
- A proven track record of leading high‑performing sales teams of 10+ people.
- Experience helping to scale a high‑growth business, ideally from seven‑figure to eight‑figure turnover.
- Demonstrable success in increasing revenue, improving sales conversion and driving business performance.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Experience implementing KPIs, forecasting, sales processes and performance frameworks.
- The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment where results matter.
- Leading from the front, developing people, and is passionate about achieving exceptional results.
