The Role

As an Executive Finance Broker, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with business owners, and helping companies secure the funding they need to grow.

Working closely with an experienced Director or Senior Finance Broker, you'll learn every aspect of commercial finance while developing into a fully qualified Finance Broker through our proven Centre of Excellence Programme.

This is an office-based role where hard work, resilience and ambition are recognised and rewarded.

This includes

  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting, warm enquiries and marketing-generated leads.
  • Build strong relationships with business owners across a wide range of industries.
  • Take a consultative approach to understand clients' funding requirements and recommend suitable finance solutions.
  • Analyse business financial information and company accounts (full training provided).
  • Prepare finance proposals and lender applications.
  • Gather supporting documentation and understand clients' business models.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Work alongside experienced Directors and Senior Finance Brokers to progress opportunities through to completion.
  • Consistently achieve KPIs while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

  • A minimum of 5 years' sales experience

  • A positive, entrepreneurial mindset
