The Role:

  • As Payroll Administrator, you will take ownership of payroll processes and support the wider finance function by ensuring all payroll operations are delivered efficiently, securely, and in line with legislation.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
    • Processing company payroll accurately and on schedule
    • Preparing payroll reports for management, finance, and audits
    • Producing statutory reports for HMRC and pension providers
    • Supporting monthly payroll audits and year-end reporting including P60s and P11Ds
    • Validating timesheets, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
    • Maintaining compliance with GDPR and payroll regulations
    • Administering People XD Payroll and Workforce Management systems
    • Providing guidance and training to managers on payroll procedures and HRIS systems
