Reflect Recruitment Group is currently recruiting two Industrial Spray Painters on behalf of our client based just off the A52 near Vale of Belvoir.
Location: Vale of Belvoir (just off the A52)
Pay: From £17.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Temp to Perm: 13 weeks

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company offering competitive rates of pay, regular overtime and ongoing training. As this role is a temporary to permanent role, we are looking for candidates who have a positive attitude and willingness to learn, good attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team.
You will be responsible for the preparation and spraying of industrial components using a variety of specialist equipment and coatings.
Experience with any of the following is desirable:
- Wiwa/Graco Single Leg Airless Pumps
- Wiwa Dual Mix FX6002 Pumps
- Graco Tri Mix XM Firetex Platinum 120
- Spraying Intumescent Materials
- Applying 2 Pack Primers
Full training will be provided to familiarise you with the pumps and processes.
Working Hours:
This role operates on a rolling two-shift pattern:
- Day Shift: Monday to Friday 7:00am – 3:15pm
- Late Shift: Monday to Thursday 3:15pm – 1:30am
Overtime Available: at a pay rate of £180 per 9-hour shift
Saturday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Sunday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
We are looking for candidates who have previous industrial spray painting experience or transferable skills within industrial finishing.
The following would be advantageous:
- Forklift Truck Certificate
- Overhead Crane Certificate
