We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join our Client's night shift team in Market Rasen. Interested in this role? You can find all the relevant information in the description below.
Please do not apply if you are not comfortable with working outside or you do not have access to your own vehicle. This is a hands-on and physically active role, you’ll be on your feet throughout your shift, working with hand tools such as nail guns, saws, and other equipment to inspect, repair, and prepare wooden products to our high standards. You’ll also help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace at all times.
You must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, as parts of the role will take place outside. Uniform is provided, but you’ll need your own steel toe safety boots. Because of the location and shift times, a valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential as public transport options are limited, especially during night hours.
Available Shifts:
- Weekend Nights: 11:00pm – 11:00am Friday & Saturday
- 11:00pm – 7:00am Sunday & Monday
- Week/Weekend Nights: 11:00pm – 7:00am Wednesday & Thursday
- 11:00pm – 7:00am Friday & Saturday
Requirements:
- Previous experience using hand tools (e.g. nail guns, saws, drills, etc.)
- Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet for long periods
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Positive, reliable, and motivated attitude
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Ability to work night shifts consistently
Pay Rates:
- £14.60 per hour
- £17.10 per hour (overtime rate)
