Due to continued growth and a newly signed exciting project, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Custom Build Project Manager to join my clients dynamic team in the heart of Newark.

This is a full time, office-based position with regular travel, so a valid driving licence and access to your own car is highly advantageous.

The role can either be offered on a fixed term contract or permanent contract depending on whether you wanted to just fulfil this new project or get involved in the other parts of the business.

This Custom Build Project Manager position is not your everyday run of the mill Prince2 type of PM - this opportunity will need someone who is as comfortable being hands on building and assembling products aswell as facilitating customer requirements and getting products from A to B and back again.

You will be working on a new project for a high end, world recognised organisation that's loved by millions so working to extremely high standards is not just expected but its an absolute essential.

This role offers the opportunity to work with one of the worlds most iconic motorsports brand.

To be considered for this role, you’ll need previous experience from a technical, construction, engineering or custom build environment as well as project management experience.

Auto Cad knowledge or experience would be extremely beneficial as you will be working with technical drawings in the assembly of these high value items.

Key responsibilities;-

  • Take full ownership of projects from initial enquiry through to planning and execution.

Ensure all aspects are managed to a high standard.

  • Liaise closely with customers, ensuring exceptional support and communication throughout the process.
  • Create and communicate detailed project plans with customer and internal teams.
  • Manage budgets and prepare accurate quotes.
  • Book equipment and logistical arrangements.
  • Collaborate with in-house teams to ensure seamless job coordination.
