Salary: Competitive annual salary + excellent staff benefits + share of tips

Hours: Full-time, working on a flexible rota basis, 5 days per week across reasonable and fair working hours.

We are looking for:

  • A friendly, collaborative approach with a passion for working as part of a team.
  • Prior experience at CDP level, or an experienced Commis Chef ready to take a step up.
  • Comfortable and capable handling busier service periods alongside a busy, hardworking team.
  • An appreciation for tasty, fresh, high quality ingredients and a touch of creative flair.
  • A good understanding of allergen and dietary needs.
  • Enthusiastic about learning new techniques and growing within the culinary trade.

Day to day in your role as Chef de Partie, you will be:

  • Supporting senior team members in keeping the kitchen running efficiently.
  • Helping to prepare and present high quality dishes for lunch and evening guests.
  • Sharing creative ideas to help shape and refresh our seasonal menus.
  • Assisting with day-to-day stock management and working within kitchen budgets.
  • Looking after the casual dining and bar menus to ensure excellent quality throughout.
  • Guiding and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
  • Preparing dishes safely and accurately to accommodate specific dietary requirements.
  • Keeping a tidy, organised workstation in line with food safety and HACCP guidelines.
  • Chatting through menu updates and collaborating closely with our front-of-house team.
