We are recruiting for a Service Advisor for our client on a full time permanent basis in Lincoln. Our client is a well established and forward thinking automotive business with a strong reputation for innovation and employee development. They offer excellent benefits including:

Day to day, you will act as the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from initial booking through to vehicle collection. You will welcome customers, keep them updated throughout the service process, and manage follow-ups to maintain strong relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction. The role will also involve handling administrative tasks accurately, advising customers on maintenance and repair needs, and supporting with future service planning.
