We are recruiting for a HR Advisor/Administrator for our client based in Lincoln on a full time permanent basis. Day to day you will support the HR Manager with general HR administration and be the first point of contact for routine queries. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will maintain employee records and HR systems, support payroll preparation, and monitor absence. You will also assist with employee relations processes and help ensure HR policies are applied consistently. In addition, you will support reporting, training coordination, and wider HR tasks as required, while always maintaining confidentiality.

  • 5 GCSEs (Grade C/4+)
  • CIPD Level 3 (Minimum requirement)
  • HR/people admin experience preferred
  • Basic UK employment law knowledge
