We are recruiting for a Diagnostic Technician for our client on a full time permanent basis in Lincoln. Our client is a well established and forward thinking automotive business with a strong reputation for innovation and employee development. They offer excellent benefits including:

Day to day, you will play a key role within a high performing aftersales team, carrying out complex diagnostic, warranty and repair work to a high standard. You will utilise advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve technical issues, including more complex faults. The role will also involve completing electric vehicle and hydraulic repairs where qualified, supporting apprentice technicians with their development, and ensuring all work is completed in line with manufacturer and safety standards.

What our client is looking for:

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance, along with a recognised Diagnostic qualification
  • Previous experience working as a Diagnostic Technician or Mechanic is preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to use diagnostic equipment effectively to resolve complex issues
  • A team-focused approach, with a commitment to following processes and procedures
