Grantham Full Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

The Role
- Performing daily and monthly bank reconciliations across client and office accounts
- Processing payments including BACS, disbursements, standing orders, and international transfers
- Managing day-to-day banking activities, bills, credit notes, write-offs, and transfers
- Handling client and office account transactions with precision
- Responding to Finance Helpdesk queries promptly and professionally
- Supporting billing processes, disbursements, and invoice posting
- Assisting with month-end and year-end financial procedures
- Collaborating with fee earners and internal teams to resolve finance queries
- Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting ad hoc finance tasks
- Ensuring strict compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules
The Ideal candidate will have
- Previous experience in an accounts role preferably, although not essentially, as a legal cashier
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and a hands-on, proactive approach
- Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to build strong knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules (again full training provided)
- Experience with Quill (desirable, not essential)
