The Opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive and commercially aware HR Advisor to support a diverse portfolio of businesses, primarily across Lincolnshire. This is a hybrid role based in Sleaford, with flexibility to work from home, attend client visits when required, and join team meetings. This isn’t a “one-size-fits-all” HR role. You’ll work across different industries, leadership styles and organisational cultures — balancing employment law, best practice and what’s realistically achievable for each client. If you enjoy switching between projects, problem-solving in real time, and being the trusted voice of HR — you’ll love this role.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing responsive, clear and commercially focused HR advice
  • Supporting employee relations matters across multiple clients
  • Delivering proactive HR projects (policies, audits, training, compliance work)
  • Coaching managers and directors with confidence
  • Recommending best-practice solutions — and explaining how to implement them
  • Managing deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Attending key client meetings when required

Every day will be different — and that’s exactly how you like it.

What We’re Looking For

  • CIPD Level 5 (or above)
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
  • Confidence advising everyone from line managers to directors
  • Ability to quickly understand different business models and cultures
  • Clear, jargon-free communication style
  • Sound judgement — knowing when to escalate and when to act
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities

This role suits someone who:

  • Enjoys variety and autonomy
  • Takes pride in delivering practical, actionable advice
  • Thrives in a client-focused, service-driven environment
  • Is adaptable, calm under pressure and solution-oriented

What’s in It for You?

  • ÂŁ32,000 per annum
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Flexitime
  • Hybrid working / work from home
  • Private medical insurance
  • Company pension
  • Employee discount scheme
  • A supportive, professional team environment

This role is immediately available for the right candidate therefore please do submit your CV or email us directly.
