The Role Based primarily in our Lincoln office, you will manage your own varied caseload of Employer Liability, Public Liability and Road Traffic Accident claims across fast-track and intermediate-track matters, while also assisting on multi-track cases. Key Responsibilities - Manage a busy caseload of claimant personal injury matters. - Progress cases efficiently while providing exceptional client care. - Keep clients informed throughout their claims, including costs and progress. - Achieve individual performance targets. - Support colleagues and contribute to team objectives. - Assist with mentoring and developing junior team members. - Participate in networking, marketing and business development activities. - Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, experts and external organisations. - Ensure compliance with confidentiality, regulatory and firm procedures. The Ideal Candidate Will be someone who is: - A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or possesses equivalent Personal Injury legal experience. - Ideally 2–5 years' PQE within a claimant Personal Injury team. - Experienced in handling EL, PL and RTA claims. - Commercially aware with excellent client care skills. - Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities. - A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills. - IT literate with case management system experience. - Enthusiastic about business development and contributing to the continued success of the department.
