We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator for one of our clients based in the North Hykeham area West of Lincoln. Please note that you will need your own transport to reach this client. Reception/Administration experience will definitely be needed for this role. The company is a specialist in their field and is seeking an experienced administrator to join them to undertake a variety of tasks including:

  • Completing general administrative tasks.
  • Answering and routing phone calls professionally.
  • Managing appointment schedules and calendars.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Transferring calls to relevant contacts at the company.
  • Answering queries regarding the company products - training provided.
  • Providing best experience and customer service to all customers and visitors.

Working hours: Monday to Friday - 8am-5pm, but they can be flexible if needed in working hours. £27,000-£30,000 per annum - Depending on experience. Benefits will include: Onsite parking, ongoing training, fantastic team and supportive management, great environment and company to work for.
