Reflect Recruitment Group is partnering with a well-established metals fabrication business on the outskirts of Lincoln to recruit an Engineering Estimator / Coordinator. The role covers estimating, planning and coordinating materials, with close client and supplier liaison to ensure production runs smoothly.
You will develop production and materials plans, manage resources and workflow, and support senior management toward eventual Engineering Manager responsibilities as you grow within the organisation.
