We are pleased to be assisting our well-respected, professional and reputable client in Lincoln with their search for a Legal Secretary to join their Private Client team on a Fixed Term basis from November 2026 until January 2028, to cover Maternity. For the right individual, there is a potential of a part-time or job share contract thereafter.

Day-to-day, your duties will involve:
- Audio or copy typing meeting recordings, transcriptions and notes and storing against client files
- Telephone and video calls with clients
- Coordinating Solicitor diaries, booking and confirming appointments
- Document management duties
- General Administration support to the Legal team and assisting Fee Earners with matter progression
In order to be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous legal experience in a Secretarial role or have excellent general Administration experience
- A natural ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work well with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and case management systems
- A high degree of empathy, a supportive and friendly nature and an ability to communicate with clients in a professional manner
