The Role:
As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and delivering a high-quality service across a varied portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing accounts preparation from bookkeeping through to final accounts.
- Preparing and submitting corporate and self-assessment tax returns, including tax computations.
- Producing insightful management accounts and supporting clients with informed decision-making.
- Maintaining direct communication with clients and providing proactive advice and support.
- Utilising advanced accounting software and Excel skills to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Supporting VAT and payroll processes.
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing junior members of the team.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and tax regulations.
About You
We’re looking for a motivated and capable accounting professional who enjoys building strong client relationships and takes pride in delivering exceptional work. The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience within an accountancy practice environment.
