The Role
- Manage a busy and varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.
- Handling sales, purchases, transfers, remortgages, and related matters.
- Preparing and reviewing contracts and legal documentation.
- Conducting searches and progressing transactions efficiently.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties.
- Managing exchange, completion, and post-completion formalities.
- Generating new business opportunities and converting quotations.
- Building and maintaining relationships with local estate agents.
