Our staff love working for Reflect Recruitment Group as we offer a flexible approach to offering work – we have lots of work available at the moment but our staff work as many or few days as they like. So it’s ideal for fitting around your studies if you’re a student, your part or full time job if you work elsewhere, or if you’re just looking for something to keep you busy.
No experience? No problem. We can teach you everything you need to be successful. However we can’t teach someone to have a good attitude to work or to be reliable and well presented, so we just ask that you have these personal qualities.
At the moment we are getting a number of new shifts every week and you can do as many or few days as you like. It’s a fun atmosphere at the events and you will be able to develop communication skills, customer service and hospitality experience.
Work will involve either Waiting (so serving tables, assisting with event operations, helping guests), Bar Work (serving on the Bar, taking orders, processing payments, helping with the Waiting service) or Kitchen (pot washing, keeping the area tidy).
The majority of shifts that we offer require that you have your own transport or lifts available, as many of our clients are rurally based without a public transport service.
Hours of work vary but normally we have a mixture of mornings, daytimes or afternoon shifts through to late evening.
The rates of pay vary for each event depending on your age and the job. We always aim to pay well above the National Minimum Wages.
