We are searching for an enthusiastic Hire Controller to join a successful and growing team in Coningsby, working for a leading supplier of high-quality temporary buildings and toilet facilities. The Role As a Hire Controller, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customers receive an outstanding service from enquiry through to delivery and beyond. Your responsibilities will include: – Managing customer enquiries by telephone and email. – Processing sales and hire orders accurately and efficiently. – Planning deliveries and creating practical, cost-effective routes. – Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their requirements. – Gathering customer feedback following installation. – Identifying new business opportunities through proactive, speculative calls to existing and potential customers. – Working closely with depot colleagues and head office teams to ensure a smooth customer journey. – Using your product knowledge to recommend the right solutions for each customer. The ideal candidate Will have experience in customer service, sales or a fast-paced service environment.
