We are looking for a dedicated Wills & Probate Solicitor or equivalent qualified Legal Advisor to join a thriving Private Client team. The Role Working across the Boston and Peterborough offices, you will manage a varied caseload of private client matters while providing sensitive, practical advice to clients during some of life's most challenging circumstances. This role is available on either a full-time basis or part-time (3 days per week), offering flexibility alongside genuine opportunities for career progression. You will play a key role within our successful Wills & Probate Department, including: - Managing a varied caseload of Wills, Probate and wider Private Client matters. - Advising clients on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and Court of Protection Deputyship applications. - Delivering exceptional client care with empathy, professionalism and sensitivity. - Keeping clients informed throughout every stage of their matter. - Supporting business development by promoting the firm's full range of legal services. - Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental objectives. - Maintaining high standards of compliance, confidentiality and file management. - Supporting the Head of Department with departmental administration and ongoing development.  The Ideal Candidate: - We are looking for someone who combines strong technical ability with outstanding people skills. You will ideally have: - Qualification as a Solicitor or equivalent Legal Advisor. - Experience in Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection Deputyship applications. - Knowledge of Trusts (desirable but not essential). - A willingness to work towards STEP qualification, with full support from the firm. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - A compassionate and empathetic approach when supporting bereaved or vulnerable clients. - A positive, approachable and professional attitude. - Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. - Experience using case management systems is advantageous, although training will be provided.
