The Role
You will manage a busy and varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, delivering a high-quality service to clients while building strong relationships with estate agents and referrers. Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Handling sales, purchases, transfers, remortgages, and related matters
- Preparing and reviewing contracts and legal documentation
- Conducting searches and progressing transactions efficiently
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
- Managing exchange, completion, and post-completion formalities
- Generating new business opportunities and converting quotations
- Building and maintaining relationships with local estate agents
- Supporting cross-referrals across other legal departments
- Maintaining compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal procedures
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A proven experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
