The Role

You will manage a busy and varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, delivering a high-quality service to clients while building strong relationships with estate agents and referrers. This role would suit a confident and organised conveyancer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
  • Handling sales, purchases, transfers, remortgages, and related matters
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts and legal documentation
  • Conducting searches and progressing transactions efficiently
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
  • Managing exchange, completion, and post-completion formalities
  • Generating new business opportunities and converting quotations
  • Building and maintaining relationships with local estate agents
  • Supporting cross-referrals across other legal departments
  • Maintaining compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal procedures
