The Role

Hybrid: At least 2-days a week in our office in Maidstone, Kent. We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our team of digital experts. We have a thriving Paid department that is dedicated to helping our staff and clients grow. We work across a number of verticals with a varied client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management & Performance
    • Manage daily pacing, optimisation and budget allocation across paid accounts.
    • Conduct audits and implement platform best practices.
    • Analyse performance data and prepare reports (daily–monthly).
    • Support forecasting, quarterly planning and client roadmaps.
    • Implement scripts (with Innovation team support) and maintain QA standards.
    • Stay ahead of emerging platforms, betas and industry changes.
  • Client Partnership & Collaboration
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Present performance updates and strategic insights confidently.
    • Partner with SEO, Content and other teams to deliver integrated Total Search strategies.
    • Support and mentor Analysts, contributing to internal training.
  • Professional Growth & Development
    • Take ownership of your development, including annual Google certifications.
    • Share industry insights and learnings with the team.
    • Work with your manager to expand your skills and client exposure.
