Responsibilities
- Team Development: Mentor SEO executives, lead training sessions, and share your knowledge to grow the team’s expertise.
- Client Success: Build trusted client partnerships, deliver regular reporting, and act as a strategic advisor on SEO challenges and opportunities.
- Quality Delivery: Develop and implement SEO strategies, technical fixes, and innovative ideas that consistently raise the bar.
- Collaboration: Work alongside Paid Media, CX, and Behavioural Science teams to deliver integrated, cross‑channel success.
- Growth & Innovation: Identify up‑sell opportunities, contribute to pitches, and lead award‑worthy campaigns.
- Continuous Learning: Stay on top of industry trends, contribute to thought leadership, and own your professional development.

The Package
- Salary: £35k+ DOE
