WHAT WE DO AT REFLECT DIGITAL? Reflect Digital is the digital marketing agency your customers will thank you for hiring. Putting our client’s customers first, we work closely with ambitious global brands and eCommerce businesses looking to elevate their marketing and move towards true customer centricity. We help these companies to unleash their digital performance and grow revenue by leveraging human insights and psychological nudges to optimise strategies. We believe end-customers do not care what channel they find their solution(s) via. The key for brands is to deliver the right message, at the right time in the right place, having built enough of a relationship and trust with the user to drive action or conversion. This is why a deeper understanding of your customer’s journeys, drivers and motivations is needed if you want to deliver exponential growth. Since we were founded in 2011, we’ve received many awards and recognitions, including BIMA Agency Of The Year 2024, Campaign's 3rd Best Place to Work in 2025, Employer of the Year, and Best Integrated Campaign (Large) 2024 with Brakes, among others, demonstrating both our commitment to our team and delivering truly strategic campaigns for our clients.
THE ROLE This is a hybrid role where the successful candidate will need to come to our Maidstone office 2 days a week. This role is a part-time position (3 days a week).
What we are looking for: A Senior Creative Designer & Strategist to lead the charge on ideation, storytelling, and standout execution across client campaigns and internal initiatives. You’ll be our creative powerhouse — dreaming up big ideas, executing with flair, and making behavioural science irresistible through creative strategy. You’ll work across disciplines — from Paid Media to Digital PR and Video — to inspire, challenge, and level up our creative output.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative That Converts: Turn behavioural insights into ideas that sell — from scroll-stopping social ads to award-winning digital PR assets. Champion brand storytelling for clients, ensuring their voice and vision shine. Act as a creative consultant — suggesting ideas, formats, and executions that challenge the norm and drive growth.
- Strategy That Sticks: Design smart, insight-led creative strategies that align with business goals. Collaborate with strategists, data experts, and behavioural scientists to ensure your ideas have measurable impact. Evolve your work based on results — A/B testing, feedback, and performance data.
- Craft That Inspires: Produce polished, high-impact visuals across multiple formats — static, video, motion, digital. Bring concepts to life using Adobe CC, Figma, and even dabble in basic animation and video production. Lead quality assurance, feedback, and continuous improvement of our creative output.
- Culture & Collaboration: Run ideation sessions that get the whole agency thinking bigger. Keep our creative culture fresh — from trend round-ups to internal inspiration sessions. Work cross-functionally across all teams — SEO, Paid Media, Digital PR, Behavioural Science, and beyond.
Desirable skills: Experience designing and creating animation.
You’ll Thrive If You Are:
- Curious: You think in “I wonder…” and you’re hungry to explore how behavioural science and creativity intersect.
- Bold: You love pushing boundaries, trying new things, and driving fresh thinking.
- Organised & Self-Driven: You know how to own your work from start to finish without micromanagement.
- A Natural Collaborator: You listen, share, and spark ideas that energise the team and excite our clients.
- Results-Focused: You're as passionate about performance as you are about polish.
YOUR PLACE IN THE AGENCY AND KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Report to the Head of Creative Content and DPR. Collaborate with our Head of Video. Work with all teams across the agency to share your creative skills.
THE PACKAGE: Salary: £40k+ DOE (pro rata). Work/Life Balance: Flexible working, 4-day work week, and hybrid working available. Annual Leave: 28 days (ex., Bank Holidays, prorata holiday allowance) plus Birthdays, Charity day and between Christmas and NY. Healthcare: Private Healthcare from Vitality. Breakfast Club and healthy snacks. Weekly Wellbeing Sessions. Access to trained Mental Health First Aiders (MHFA). Lunch & Learn and Brunch & Learn sessions.
