What we do at Reflect Digital:

Our mission is to unleash potential by combining the power of behavioural science with the art of marketing. For our team, enabling them to do the best work of their careers. For our clients, empowering them to achieve their business goals. For our industry, inspiring our future digital leaders.

Reflect Digital is a performance marketing agency that specialises in using human-behaviour insights to supercharge digital marketing campaigns. From strategy to delivery, we level up our clients’ digital marketing by generating quality conversions across the customer journey.

The role:

This role will straddle three core businesses: Reflect Digital, LAB and Aspiration Digital (our flagship event for students). Within this role, you will be exposed to every aspect of marketing, making it the ideal learning opportunity to expand your knowledge and skill set as a generalist marketer. This role will challenge you to try new things and discover which channels you enjoy the most and where you excel.

Ideally, you will have some foundational marketing knowledge with a keen interest in marketing, having proven this in either a similar role or as a passion/hobby. Copywriting and graphic creation using tools such as Canva are required for this role, and we would need to see evidence of experience in this area.

As Marketing Coordinator (15–18 Month Fixed-Term Contract), you will step into our central marketing team of three, working closely with our Marketing Director and Marketing Manager, to cover maternity leave across the Collective. While you will be covering a specific colleague's leave, you'll be fully supported from day one with a comprehensive handover document, plus ongoing guidance from the Marketing Director and fellow Marketing Manager to ensure a smooth transition.

What you will be doing:

  • High Standards of Work: Produce great outcomes in line with the agency’s marketing strategy.
  • Events Support: Assist in delivering the Collective’s events calendar, including Aspiration Digital (our annual student conference), Brunch and Learns, exhibitions, and roundtables.
  • Social Media: Creating copy and graphics to share on our agency social platforms, working alongside the Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer, and Head of Video to ensure you have the content you need.
  • Content: Creating written content (blogs, reports, marketing emails, email templates, landing pages) and visual content (using Canva or similar).
  • Platforms: Uploading content to our website via CMS, Mailchimp, Canva, Productive CRM, Reply, Apollo, among others.
  • Marketing Research: Conduct market research to identify challenges of clients, new ideas, upcoming events, etc.
  • Branding: Helping maintain brand consistency across documents and templates.
  • AI: Curiosity around AI tools for copy ideas, workflow efficiency, and design inspiration.
  • Successful Collaboration: Collaborating with the team and contributing to key work.
  • Support the Marketing Director in the execution of the agency’s marketing strategy and activity plan.
  • Support the successful organisation of the agency’s flagship event programme: Aspiration Digital.
  • Work closely with the team to generate content for social channels and the website.
  • Contribute to the team using your prior knowledge, fresh thoughts and enthusiasm.
  • Collaborate with the wider team when appropriate for campaign delivery: reports, events, etc.
  • Continuous Professional Development: Taking ownership of your own development with the support of your team.
  • Proactively seek out training and continuing professional development to ensure continued learning.
  • Seek out feedback from colleagues and take on board feedback to ensure your continuing professional development.
  • Be self-reflective to identify your own areas for development and, with support, identify methods to address these areas.

Skills and competencies:

  • Communication - be able to communicate effectively with internal teams and external parties where appropriate.
  • Decision making - making decisions that positively impact the marketing team’s work and seeking advice and guidance on more challenging decisions.
  • Team working - working collaboratively with the team through communicating, listening to, and responding professionally to feedback.
  • Result orientated - can work to deadlines and given KPIs.
  • Responsibility - able to take responsibility for allocated tasks.
  • Learning focused - take ownership of your own learning and professional development with the support of more senior colleagues.
  • AI - have an appreciation for how AI can be used to augment your skills and elevate what we deliver without taking away creativity and critical thinking.

What does success look like?

  • Owning the agency’s social media presence and helping us to grow and thrive in this area.
  • Writing and editing content.
  • Driving new ideas forward and helping to come up with new ways of working.
