WHAT WE DO AT REFLECT DIGITAL?

Reflect Digital is the digital marketing agency your customers will thank you for hiring.

Putting our clients’ customers first, we work closely with ambitious global brands and e Commerce businesses looking to elevate their marketing and move towards true customer-centricity.

We help these companies to unleash their digital performance and grow revenue by leveraging human insights and psychological nudges to optimise strategies.

We believe end-customers do not care what channel they find their solution(s) via.

The key for brands is to deliver the right message, at the right time in the right place, having built enough of a relationship and trust with the user to drive action or conversion.

This is why a deeper understanding of your customer’s journeys, drivers and motivations is needed if you want to deliver exponential growth.

Since we were founded in 2011, we’ve received many awards and recognitions, including BIMA Agency Of The Year 2024, Campaign's3rd Best Place to Work in 2025, Employer of the Year, and Best Integrated Campaign (Large) 2024 with Brakes, among others, demonstrating both our commitment to our team and delivering truly strategic campaigns for our clients.

THE ROLE

As Growth Marketing Manager, you sit at the heart of our agency’s client operations.

Reporting to the Client Services Director, you act as both a trusted strategic partner to our clients and an internal advocate for our delivery teams.

Your primary mission is to translate big client ambitions and discovery insights into cohesive, multi-channel digital strategies (across SEO, Paid Media, Digital PR, and Creative Content).

You will oversee day-to-day account ownership, balancing exceptional client servicing and high NPS scores with sharp commercial awareness, scope management, and team mentorship.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The agency relies on you to seamlessly connect strategy, execution, commercial growth, and client relationships. Here is a detailed breakdown of your day-to-day accountabilities:

  • Client Partnership & Consultative Problem Solving
  • Become the go-to partner your clients rely on.

Through proactive communication and genuine support, you’ll turn accounts into true fans (we’re aiming for 10/10 "Promoter" NPS ratings across the board!)

  • Use empathy, active listening, and critical thinking to read between the lines, solve challenges before they become problems, and guide tricky conversations with total grace.
  • Commercial & Delivery Management
  • Keep projects gliding smoothly on time, on budget, and laser-focused on hitting performance goals.
  • Look for natural, value-led ways to expand client accounts, while steering SOWs and scopes to keep both the client happy and the agency profitable.
  • Lend your strategy expertise to pitches, RFPs, and proposals to help us win exciting new business!
  • Team Support, Quality & Process Control
  • Coach, mentor, and guide junior team members, setting up clear workflows that help them thrive and build confidence.
  • Maintain amazing quality control across all account deliverables, ensuring agency processes are followed and standards stay consistently high.
  • Keep our campaign standards top-notch by running light-touch quality checks and keeping delivery teams in perfect sync.
  • Continuous Professional Development
  • Dive into the latest industry trends, test cutting-edge AI tools, and bring fresh behavioural science hacks to your strategies and team discussions.
  • Seek out regular feedback and jump on training opportunities to keep your own skills at the absolute cutting edge.
