We are seeking an experienced Corporate lawyer to join the Practical Law Global team in the UK. As a Senior Specialist Legal Editor, you will use your specialist legal knowledge of Corporate law and practice to create and maintain a wide range of content, support the development of Thomson Reuters AI‑powered legal solutions, and collaborate with product management, sales, marketing, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

  • Research, write, and maintain clear, current, and practical legal content aligned with market practice and customer needs.
  • Review and edit content written by colleagues or external expert contributors.
  • Keep up to date with legal, practice, and market developments to ensure content remains accurate and relevant.
  • Support the development of customer‑focused Thomson Reuters AI‑powered legal solutions by providing legal expertise.
  • Assist in the development and application of internal AI editorial tools.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with lawyers and industry groups to keep content reflective of current market practice.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of corporate finance and capital markets is desirable.
