We are seeking an experienced Senior Partner Marketer to drive strategic marketing initiatives and foster strong relationships with the Thomson Reuters' partner ecosystem, working with resellers, co-sellers, referral, implementation, and other types of partners across Europe. This role focuses on developing and executing impactful campaigns and other initiatives to achieve business objectives and enhance brand presence among our partner network.

About The Role

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans and strategies tailored for partner channels.
  • Drive creative campaign development from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy and market insights.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of marketing assets and programs, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and maximize revenue generation through partner networks.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, understand competitive landscapes, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Establish and implement best practices in partner marketing, continuously optimizing processes and methodologies.
  • Monitor and measure the performance of all partner marketing activities, providing insightful reports and recommending improvements.
  • Provide strategic marketing consulting to partners, helping them leverage Thomson Reuters' solutions effectively.
  • Oversee the effective implementation of marketing strategies across various partner segments.
  • Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all partner-facing marketing materials and communications.

About You

  • 5+ years’ demonstrable experience of working in marketing, preferably within B2B.
  • Experience in partner or channel marketing.
  • Experience working in an international organisation.
  • Extensive experience in campaign development and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and to specification.
  • Knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, PPT), and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Positive attitude with effective problem-solving abilities within a dynamic business environment.
  • Good interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.
